[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery of consignment

The consignment m43012604 was to be delivered by this company (www.dtdc.in) to me. The consignment reached my address but their serviceman do not informed me over phone that the consignment has arrived and to come to take it instead the consignment was returned back to local center in delhi or noida office with status of not received.
I am constantly emailing them on their helpline email id that please help me and deliver the consignment to me but they are not doing it.
Also no phone of delhi or noida offices are being attended by them either the phone are busy or not attended.
Now i dont know where my consignment is as nobody is helping.
So from now on i will not use this courier company's services and advice others also not to.
