DTDC Courier & Cargo — non delivery of consignment

I ordered one item from mannar craft and they despatched it through dtdc courier on 14/8/19 with tracking no r 34407633. It was correctly received at karunagappally on 16/8/19. But yet to be delivered. They intimated that they will not arrange home delivery. Is courier agents have no responsibility to deliver the consignment they booked. Please intervene.

Consignment K20327158 booked on 05/08/2019 but till now not delivered to the destination. Tracking status is shown same for last three days.

I didn't get my medicine in time and very irresponsible answer from the courier service.it came here 29 th of August but still now I didn't get such stupid courier services
