DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non delivery of courier

My courrier consignment no v34985626 despatched on 21 feb from burdwan was to be deluvered in delhi on 22 feb as promised. But despite repeated request courrier is still not deliver. I have already given complaint earluer also. Complaint no[protected]. I was told telephonically that it will be delivered within i hr, but still no confirmation. The residence of the adresssee is on first floor whereas office is in ground floor. It was told to call the individual or deliver in his residence on first floor in case office is vlise. But no action zo far. It is an urgent courtier but dtdc failed to live up to expectation. Please do the delivery urgently and confirm. Thanks. My mob no [protected]. Maj gen pn verma
