With due regards i want to say that the dtdc courier facility at patti pin 143416 punjab always call the customers to collect the courier from their office and says that we will not deliver the courier at your address. This is the third instance since two months. Dtdc facility always refuses to deliver and also their language is very harsh. This time my consignment no is a42581145. They are not delivering my courier and says that if you will not collect from our office, we will return it back.

I had sent one courier having tracking no. B59867502 on 09-Nov-2018 for the below address:
C/O - Sita Ram Singh, Vill-Dumduma(North of Paltu baba House), PO + PS- Daudpur, Dist-Saran, Bihar-841205

The courier is still stuck in Patna, bihar.
It has been 11 days and my courier is yet to be delivered.

Z77125312 tracking no.
the agent behaved very badly over phone. The recipient of the parcel is a DOCTOR and the agent did not even bother to asked for the convenient
time for product delivery.
Not even following the 3 attempts rule and so harsh in his words. Apthetic experience with dtdc agent and company
Kindly get it delivered asap

I am prerna verma My dtdc courier with tracking id- z71402585 is shown delivered on the website but i didn’t receive the courier neither the delivery boy called me for confirmation and their customer service are irresponsible does not take complaint either they don’t receive the calls.
