DTDC Courier & Cargo — Non Delivery of my consignemnt at my address

Address: MADATHILPARAMPIL, PARIYARAM P O, PUTHUPALLY, KOTTAYAM - 686021, Kannur, Kerala

Puthupally branch of DTDC in Kottayam District of Kerala (PIN 686011) is always playing the trick of calling me over phone and asking me to collect my consignments from their office. They try to impress upon me that my address (just 2 Km away from DTDC) is outside their delivery area and hence cannot be delivered. Every time I ask them to mark as my PIN Code 686021 is not coming under their delivery area so that my consignors will find other couriers. They refuse to do that also.

Toda there are two consignments to be delivered at my house, and they say that I should collect it from their office, which I do not like. As a mercy they say that they can deliver it to me tomorrow. In case they are not delivering it today, I reserve my right to claim damages from DTDC.
