I had sent a parcel on 24th april to mumbai. Awb no. Z58740331. I am very sorry to say that till date my parcel has not been delieverd and neither i am getting proper respond from your office. And i would like to mention here that your mumbai office staff has been very rude over the phone. I am old customer of yours and after this traumatic experience i have no plans of continuing with dtdc courier. I[censored] are unable to deliever my parcel kindly return it back to me asap.
