DTDC Courier & Cargo — non delivery of my shipment f10441606

I had sent a courier dated 10/12/2017 from patna to mumbai but in the meantime the delivery address shifted to another office.. Neither has been my courier being delivered to new address nor it has came back to sender address.. Kindly look into matter.. My shipment no z f10441606 and my mobile number is [protected]. I will be highly obliged i[censored] cld help me out...

MY courier AWB no K04694060 not delivered however on web site showing delivered, means the packet has been thrown on the roadside somewhere.
Action to be taken against the delivery man.

Today 10/23/2017, I couriered phrasal from Bangalore to noida ..Dtdc fellow charged 50 rupee for plastic cover envelope and I also DTDC fellow was not provided receipt for cover, which he charged 50 rupee.

I feel its very much overpriced for plastic cover envelop .They are looting money. Please let me know how to file case on DTDC.
