I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery of my consignment, despite the tracking system showing it as “Delivered.”
• Tracking Number: R6465762
• Date Shipped: 12TH SEP 2025
• Declared Contents: Medicines (urgent in nature)
• Status as per DTDC: Delivered on 18TH SEP 2025
• Actual Situation: I never received the package.
I raised the issue with DTDC customer support on 19th Sep 2025 via phone and email, and was informed that my case has been escalated. However, as of today (23rd Sep 2025) I have not received any update, resolution, or delivery.Also I receive no response to any mails requesting for an update and am forced to call the customer support twice or thrice in a day and the response I receive from the agents are the same that my case has been escalated and am requested to wait for 24 hrs and the days go by without any solution.
On top of that when I made the calls to the customer support on 23rd Sep 2025. I encountered the most unprofessional behaviour from your customer support agents as they disconnected my call twice when I was sharing my frustration. I failed to get the name of the first agent but the second call was received by Ms. Pooja. Was this information helpful? |
