DTDC Courier & Cargo — non delivery of package | |||
I was supposed to receive a package in nanakramguda, hyderabad, telangana today (Where i was present the entire day) but the delivery person without informing decided to mark it undelivered. I tried to get contact information of dtdc branch that handles delivery in this area, but to no avail. Upon contacting other branch offices, they rudely replied that it is not their problem and refused to give me the phone number of the required branch. Very unprofessional, behaviour. Courier executive said rudely that if i found your house then i'll deliver the courier neither i'll not. I want to teach him how to talk to your customer.
