I am currently residing in Kochi, Kerala and there was a parcel booked from my hometown West Bengal on 10th July 2023. Tracking ID "F31195017". Upon not receiving any intimation or call from the courier service I tried tracking my package and came to know the same has been returned to origin.
Upon enquiring why the same was returned without any delivery attempt there was no explanation or answers provided. The delivery address provided is correct to the point and we have received previous DTDC orders also using the same address. Now and again it has been told from the initiating Branch in Baharampur that this is not local and we are not aware of why this is returned back to us. Is this the way a courier service company act??Tried contacting your call centre at [protected] multiple times during this period but at all times after asking to hold for 10-15 minutes to connect with executives the call automatically gets disconnected. If there is no support system available why are you even sharing keeping these numbers and scamming people of their valuable time?
Its been almost one month and I have been mailing them since Week 1 and there still has been no single response or proper communication.
Would request atleast to acknowledge the reason and either re-send the package without any additional cost or refund back the amount made for the delivery in first place. Lodging a complaint here after DTDC has turned on a deaf ear and is not providing any response. Was this information helpful? |
