I had sent a clothing parcel on 21.11.2018 through dtdc to one
Shri vinay kumar at hazaribagh. The consignment no. Is "k30194242". But till date the parcel has not yet been delivered in spite of the address being correct. This is very humiliating as a long period of time has elapsed. Please do the needful at the earliest. I had earlier sent an item at this address which was delivered in a very short time.

Paid extra for urgent delivery of a food item which was supposed to reach within 48hrs to the destination. It's still has not reach. Very disappointing and disgusting service I must say. Because it's a food item told them several times if they could reach by time or not. I personally would never recommend dtdc ever!
