Last update from your good office is that they have located one parcel and one is still dislocated and that they will locate the other one tomorrow morning. Talks going on about locating till now and nothing beyond. Is this professionalism??
While tracking for my consignment in ur tracking system online its coming as a red mark. Is this the tracking system u made for checking our docket numbers. This is such a red mark for DTDC for not locating it.
While contacting ur customer care, we get replies that it will take several days to even reply/respond.
And ur office is dead mum about the whole transaction.
And upon oral communication with your team they say they will see what they can do even on the 7th day of non delivery. The promised due date of delivery was 30th November'18.
Please connect the dots.
