DTDC Courier & Cargo — non delivery of parcel

Icsi sent a courier of my books to me twice. But dtdc bhopal did not even attempted to deliver it and returned the parcel to origin on the same day without contacting. Now they are saying that the address does not exist. Really? Icsi bhopal does not exist! 😒 if they were not able to find the address they should have atleast contacted me but they didn't & returned the parcel immediately. I was tracking the parcel throughout!. Highly disappointed.

Courier wassent on 23/10/2019 from Ahmednagar to Pune . Sender DR Prashant Zende has confirmed that it was not received to Mrs Neela Indapurkar .We have telephonically contacted Mrs Neela Indapurkar and confirmed that courier is not received to her.Kindly clarfy to whom courier was handed over?

I haven't get the product...yet...The delivery date was 5th November... But still you haven't provide it... ...So what the issue have ...plz tell... ...N plz deliver my product soon ... ...Because you have already taken 10 days more ... Even you have not give any response against the currier...so plzz... .

I had sent a courier one month back, it's still not been delivered. When I tract the order it says due to last mile misroute. Please resolve my problem and see that it gets delivered as soon as possible. So unhappy with the dtdc courier services.
