With reference to docket number - h84724346/45
Dispatch date - 28/11/18
One parcel with docket number h84724345 has been delivered and h84724346 has not been delivered yet.
Your office says nobody is answering the calls for the address mentioned, the address is wrong. Then how was the first parcel delivered? Now what is the problem to deliver the second parcel when it is to the same address? Why is this parcel showing a red mark in ur tracking system?
I have to digest so many apologies, u make me wait for several number of days and keep sitting on ur apologies.
Is my parcel lost? What action r u taking for it? Will anything materialise in a solution for or only talking will be done?
Your company is making customers suffer - who will bear all the loss for all of this?
