Dear Sir/madam
My family had sent an important consignment to me at Vasco da Gama, Goa on 21 Mar 21 though your dtdc services. The agent promised that the consignment will reach to me by 3/4 days. But still i have not received and tracing id shows only booked status. So pls look into the matter seriously as it is a case o[censored]rgency. My tracking no is K28754977.
