Courier having official emergency letters packed in a3 packet sent through dtdc courier on 25.10.2017 to "chief project manager, rail vikas nigam limited, 15, vectra house, 1st floor, 1st main 6th cross, gandhinagar, bangalore-560 009, which was supposed to reach today has not so far received by the addressee.
