Dear sir, We had sent surgical items through the dtdc courier vennala branch to almas hospital, malappuram, ph[protected], kerala-676503 as per airway bill no. R25491895 on 15th april, 2017 We contacted both the despatching and receiving offices simultaneously during july, 2017, august, 2017 as the hospital people reported the same undelivered. We could not trace the same on your online tracking system. Please do the needful for providing us with a reply regarding the consignment whether the same has been supplied to the addressee or returned to the origin.
