Dear team your service is bad service i see in my life my courier is already reached a ashram delhi and the courier is delivered to me on saturday. 3/11/2018 and today is 5/11/2018 they not delivered my courier and i call many time but they not pick call and i check my status that my courier is at ashram
So i requested to you please derived my courier at my home is to important documents

I booked a shipment from delhi to patna and on 3rd day at 11.30 night it showing delivered but it is not delivered. When i went to dtdc counter they misbehave with me i need strict action against that shop owner i mentioned shop details in the attched pic.
