DTDC Courier & Cargo — not delivered my most important document

Dear sir/ madam,

This is to inform you that, i have done the courier from ranchi to odisha through dtdc courier & my tracking number is k03732206. It's laying in cuttack facility center from 31st may'2018, but still its is being there, not even move for delivere. I tried to call the such centre mostly but no body neither answer the my call nor sending for deliver.

This is the important document which need very urgent, so that i have sent through dtdc courier.
