I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my home on 2nd september 2023. I was constantly following the tracking and checking the messages. So i called and complained to them and my parcel was finally out for delivery. so i called them asked that it is out for delivery and not yet delivered at around 5;30 they said they would send it soon that day.
I was all at hostel and i was expecting the parcel, but around 6:35pm when i just saw the tracking as that page was open, I see a message "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))" wherein i was hostel all day and my mobile was all day active, no network problem here but did not receive any calls.
If there is any problem from DTDC to send the courier on this day due to time constraint then they can update something else or atleast intimate the customer. Just marking this and getting out is not right. Now i'm unable to reach the customer care due to the time limit. I am not sure what is the response i'm going to get and it is convieniently updated after the customer care is no more available and it is a saturday and moreover sunday is a holiday for them so they are saying that anything i want to talk i should talk on monday regarding that delivery Was this information helpful? |
