DTDC Courier & Cargo — not delivered the consignment tracking number- x25016471 | |||
I gave my office address for the delivery of one consignment. They delivery person is such unprofessional without contacting me/Office reception, they directly updated the delivery status as "Not Delivered(DOOR/OFFICE CLOSED)". After raising a complain also there is no response. Tracking Number: X25016471 Complain Number: 11764889. I need the shipment by EOD as it is Urgent. But no response from the courier team. I have sent a courier through DTDC on 25.06.2018 to Bangalore, they are not yet delivered till date.
