Chi this dtdc is worst service I ever met. I am doing business and I use to send all the couriers through dtdc but ur courier boy didn't gave the parcel to customer and given that parcel to watchmen.
And now the watchmen was not available he went off without giving the parcel to customer. And now who is responsible for the parcel.
Courier boy should give the parcel to customer right and have to take signature from the customer. If the customer was not available and instructs the boy to give the parcel to watchmen then he can give. Without any instructions r information how he gives the parcel to watchmen. It's a worth of 5000. Who will give that money. U r courier boy.

Yesterday my important courier was supposed to deliver but your delivery person was not provide delivery and tell me to collect from office. He was talking very rudely.

It was booked from Delhi to Rohtak on 20/06/2018 . After waiting too much it was picked by myself from DTDC Rohtak on 25/06/2018.Nobody even tried to contact me.Service is very unsatisfactory.so much poor that i will sujjest that nobody even try their worst service.. rediculous service.
