I ordered something from a vendor on 20th dec2022, he dispatched the parcel on 21st by dtdc courier, with awb - p82343643.. On 30th december, i checked the status of my order.
It was shown in bhilai (My city) from 24th dec but, the courier partner was not delivering. After tons of mail and complain in dtdc customer care, they made me sure that the package will be delivered in 2-3 days.
And after that just changed the status to delivered (But i didn’t get the parcek) i mailed them, called them about this problem, after that, but all in vain. No ine is bothered to solve the problem.
And here in bhilai, i contacted some dtdc office, they just gave me branch office number, which is always switched off..
Even my vendor also trying to contact, the courier, but all in vain
First they told him, that i have to pick up the courier from office (Which office they didn’t mention) they can’t deliver it to my place.
And after giving my contact no. They are not contacting me regarding parcel.. This is the worst courier service i experienced in these days,
Many small companies, new companies and all other companies are taking and picking up my packets from my place daily, but company like dtdc are doing these.
This is actually like money loss along with mentally torture, daily mails, daily
