[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Not delivering the product instead of correct address, not even calling the receiver for delivery

I have lodged a complaint for tracking no H28521867. DTDC has marked the complaint as resolved, however, they are not deliverying the product and not even calling the reciever for delivery. We are trying to call them and nobody is even bothered to receive. Can you please deliver the parcel to the mentioned address? or send it back to the sender.
