Dear dtdc team,
There is one courier i have to received from bangalore but not received till date. The sender has send me this courier 2 times but i don’t received the same from your couier company.
1) pod number – b[protected] on this pod i have mentioned my office address but your company not delivered the same on my office address. Also your company not call me before sending this back to banglore; as i tack the status below status is showing “ not delivered (Person shifted)
2) pod number - b06678634 – against this pod i have provided my residence address but also i have not received the my parcel below is current status.
I am completely fed with your poor/bad/ worst service. Please also find my attached mail on which i provided correct address to sender.
