DTDC Courier & Cargo — not received my courier | |||
Hello team, I have an issue with my courier (Z[protected], till now i did't received my courier, last week i came to know in my area dtdc courier has been stopped, Regarding this issue i raised a service query[protected] at last week, but i didn't get any information regarding this, i called multiple times to customer care they will pick up the cal and they will cut in seconds. Today[protected] i had a call with customer care people saying like i don't know, i requested them please help me on this how can i get my courier without your help suddenly the cut the cal. I have all call recording with me if you required i will share. Please help me on this. And i want to change my delivery address.
