DTDC Courier & Cargo — not received the courier

Sir/madam,
My dtdc package no - z24064306
It was sent from hp to assam (Rangiya).
On online tracking of my package it is showing delivered for the past 2 days. No one in rangiya dtdc office is helping me out, neither they are assisting in tracking my package. But i have not received the package nor any call regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and get the package delivered at the earliest.
