DTDC Courier & Cargo — one month and consignment not yet delivered

I booked consignment on 26 september 17 but till today neither it is delivered at destination city nor any rep of dtdc contacted me. 3 times i have sent mail on their complaint email id to get the update on my consignment. On 14th october first time they have updated dtdc tracking portal and it was showing that destination address is out of service area. Via mail i request dtdc to return my product on my origin city but till now no action has been taken by dtdc. The consignment contains an important documents and i need them urgently. The customer care is also not responding on any tele nos available on their web site.

Courier dispatched on 12th oct from delhi but still not received by me in mumbai on delievery address. Customer care executives not responding properly or lines are always busy. Courier has an important and very needful documents with that. Please Acknowledge it.
