DTDC Courier & Cargo — online tracking says address incomplete or wrong (cir)

I've sent a parcel from kakinada to khammam mustafanagar with consignment number h96136915. Online status was out for delivery on 3rd feb 14:14 but didn't received parcel on 3rd. On 4th feb i tried to contact mustafanagar dtdc branch they answered that the delivery boys are not available. But by night they updated status as address incomplete or wrong. They didn't even tried contacting me.
