DTDC Courier & Cargo — Order not delivered

I have placed an order with makemydelivery on 13th Aug (AWB - D[protected]) and it was couriered through DTDC on the same day with an expected delivery date of 3-7 working days as per the policy. But I have not received the order yet even after raising the issue multiple times and after assuring I will be getting the order by 25th Aug. When I contacted the DTDC office I was informed that I will have the pickup the order from their office even after making the complete payment which also covers the delivery charges. This is completely unacceptable. Already there is a delay of 5 days and now they are not even delivering the service they agreed
