DTDC Courier & Cargo — out for delivery. bt still not received.

Address:25-155,Mogalpura,, Mogalpura,Khanapur, Belgaum, Karnataka, 504203

My 2 parcels are not received yet. It was dispatched on jan 2nd and 3rd from chennai. Consignment no:-c00883552 and c00871075. Its reached nizamabad. Track shows out for delivery bt still not received. I contacted care nd branch offices so many times. Bt didn't respond. Nizamabad franchise talked with me to harsh. It was not good. Worst courier service nd irresponsible persons.19days over from dispatched date. Still no response.

Tracking id D56442747. Some products are missing from the parcel i have received. some one repacked the parcel from courier staff. This kind of service never expected from this courier company, very shameful.
