DTDC Courier & Cargo — Out for delivery but showing delivered without any communication

The order should have been reached to me by 29th August mostly because from past 2 days it was showing out for delivery but now it is showing Undelivered and (OFFICE CLOSED OR DOOR LOCK-(CIR)) without any communication with me. Now i have been trying to call DTDC care but no response from their side which i did not expect this type of service.
