DTDC Courier & Cargo — overcharged delivery

Dear sir / madam
I used dtdc courier to send my thesis [weighing around 15 kg] to my guide in agra vide docket no. D52620885 for rupees 900.

The same docket was sent back to my address, where my guide took out her one set, weighing around 12 kgs vide docket no.[protected] and d43803339 for whopping rupees 1700 [on to-pay basis].

The handler was too adamant to get that amount only, i tried all your customer care numbers to no avail and even he threatened me to send back the courier. So in this scenarion i had no other options but to pay highly overcharged amount.
Kindly refund extra paid amount.
