DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not delivered and false status in package tracking

DTDC is the worst courier service in India.

They neither tried to attempt for delivery of package nor they contacted through mobile for delivery. But they updated the package status as "Receiver refused Package" and "Receiver Not Available".

They are pure Liars. Filed complaint also with them but no proper response.

If they are not able to delivery the package why do they accept the package for delivery? Waste of money and time.

DTDC is the worst courier service.
