[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not delivered but marked as delivered

My consignment number is B72602588. In tracking website it says successfully delivered on oct 2, 2020 at 4:33 pm. No one called me and no otp shared by me to delivery boy/agent. 100 times I called to customer cara number provided by this company through their tracking site. Cent percent call will be dropped. This is very serious issue in that package 2wheeler RC and noc is there. My Package is not delivered but when I track in Application it shows that the package is delivered on 7th November. I did not receive any call or message regarding package and now the customer care is not reachable though I called them multiple times
