DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not delivered

There was a courier sent from kannur/kerala to pune/maharashtra on 13th june. I recieved the package today (19th june) package was already open and without having the equipment in it (Its a wireless adaptor). I spoke to the courier guy, he told that he is delivering whatever he recieved from the agency arrogantly and the package was cut when he removed thier stickers from it. When i spoke to the agency on [protected] and mentioned about the same, they asked to lodge a complaint about the same.

DTDC sucks big time. They are experts in losing your important documents. They delivered my package to someone else. I kept waiting. And, finally when I tried to reach their customer care, it appears, the customer care is no existant! ######### service.

Nobody is even bothered to respond. Seems consumer court is the best place to appraoch
