[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — package not delivered

My package was supposed to be arrived on 13th april it's 18th april now i have yet to know the where abouts of my package

The status went to not delivered and it stuck at that time now

There is no response from the courier office either

My consignment number is z41177902

Please try to send my package as soon as possible or else atleast give the address or contact number of the office i will pick it up myself
