Sir, నా పేరు రేణుక...గత శుక్రవారం అనగా తొమ్మిదవ తారీఖు స్వీట్స్ ను హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి గుంటూరుకు కొరియర్ చేశాను. కొరియర్ వారు మాత్రం సోమవారం నాటికి గుంటూరు మేము చెప్పిన అడ్రస్ కు అందిస్తామని చెప్పారు. కానీ ఈరోజు గురువారం ఇప్పటికీ మా కొరియర్ మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు అందలేదు. గత నాలుగు రోజులుగా కొరియర్ కోసం వేచి చూస్తున్న మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులు విసుగుచెందారు. నేను మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు పంపించిన స్వీట్స్ సకాలంలో అందకపోవడం అవి పాడైపోతాయి... దీని వల్ల నేను మా కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో పొందాల్సిన ఆనందాన్ని ఎంతో మిస్ అయ్యాను...దీనికి మీరు కొరియర్ వారి వద్ద నుంచి సమాధానం చెప్పాల్సిందిగా కోరుచున్నాము...Shipment No.: H11450918

My booking ID is D45246923 booked from kazhakkottam DTDC on[protected] to Coimbatore.Till now the product is undelivered and the kazhakkottam people is not even answering the phone and all.Kindly do the needful to deliver the items or else pay us the amount and material.

DTDC service are too bad or week, You can seen that shipment already reached in gurgaon on 02nd November but still not delivered .

A document K15663830 was booked in Kolkata to my Jalandhar address on 3rd November which reached Jalandhar hub on 6th Nov 9:18hrs but till today on 10th Nov 13:26 hrs it has not been delivered. I have sent complain at dtdc portal called Jalandhar office and even delivery boy also but till now no solution. The approach from dtdc is so casual.

Hi Team,
I had courier a lamp from delhi to Lucknow, as a diwali gift to my inlaws
which was already broken when opened by my family at Lucknow.
I had pasted fragile sticker on it.
That lamp cost rs 500, pls reply can i get refund for this item.
Courier amount was 700.
