DTDC Courier & Cargo — package not delivered

My package "tracking number d47217503" has been in transit since last month. The package has not been delivered yet and it has been showing "out for delivery" since 18th dec. 2018 (And today is 4th jan. 2018). The package was sent from delhi to dimapur and the package is showing guwahati hub (Dimapur). How long will it take when the destination is dimapur itself?

Dtdc is waste courier service. I had one courier from gulbarga to Bangalore.when I went with that tracking they are telling I don't know ask delivery boy stupid courier service.
