DTDC Courier & Cargo — package not delivered

Consignment number - K32122435
This consignment was sent by me from kolkata to secunderabad but this is not delivered and dtdc is not doing anything about it. They are all cheats and frauds in dtdc. I am trying to trace it but no help by dtdc and they refuse to compensate. I request to pls help me to get this solveed and get my parcel as i sold it to my client and she is asking me money

I am into imitation jewellery bussiness and i had sent this parcel to my client which had goods worth 17, 100 Rs.
When my client received the packet it was tampered and she found pebbles inside it instead of the jewellery. Pls look into this matter and get my products recovered . We had contacted dtdc also but they are of no help .

Hi sir, my consignment number Z91797094 it's not delivered and when we r trying 2 track d courier it's showing invalid consignment number can you please solve the issue as early as possible
