I booked a courier to bangalore on 03.09.2018 with the consignment number c84871087. It has not reached the receiver yet. I was told that it will be delivered today when i spoke to the representative this afternoon. Later in the evening, they say they cant deliver as it is office address. If they had told me earlier that they wont deliver for specific address, i would have made alternate arrangements or would have requested the customer to provide a different address. On giving false commitments, they just waste our time and money. They said, the package will return to me. I do not understand what exactly is the problem here. This is in continuation of the complaint raised for non-deivery of the package booked in DTDC. I havenot got any update on the package. I called this number [protected] and the response was that the parcel will get returned to the booked address. I keep hearing the same response from last week. I want to know where the package is and why is there a delay on returning it. Please treat this as urgent as this will be a negative remark on my business n this spoils my business reputation. Attached is the screenshot of the tracking information for the consignment C84871087. There is no trace of return of the package.
