DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not delivered (Delhi - Bangalore)

I had a package couriered from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd December, 2021. It reached Bangalore on 5th December, 2021. Since then no one has cared to home-deliver the package. After numerous calls to the call center and after asking them to escalate the issue, the tracking status was changed to "Out for delivery" on 10th December, 2021, in the morning. Till now it is not delivered. They give lame excuses like there is no delivery vehicle available, and other crap. This is the second time the worst service by them.
