[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — package not delivered since 7 days | |||
I cannot track the consignment C88039943 which was sent on 26th March 2019. I did not receive any calls from DTDC courier guys nor even customer care when a case query[protected] was raised. Now got message saying it was delivered to SEAL. I DINT GET ANY package and not even a call from the courier delivery boy. Yet they have updated the consignment details like package is delivered but they cannot provide any details as to whom the package was delivered. Not even a name. Observed similar complaints in DTDC. Not sure why they do this. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Went to nearest DTDC dealer and saw that the package was just sitting there ! No one even tried to call or even deliver the package ! Not sure why ... DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
