My name is sudipta sarkar and i had sent a package on 30/01/2019 through dtdc with secure pack from bangalore and i had paid rs. 600 for 1.8 kgs and i was told that surely it would reach durgapur by 02/02/2019. And even when i checked online it shows that it reached kolkata on 01/02/2019. But no updates after that. And today is 04/02/2019 and still my package is not yet delivered. We pay so much for express services so that our things get delivered on priority. Yet this is the kind of service that we get. When will my package get delivered?

It was shipped from rajpura punjab to kota. The recipient didn't even got the call but its showing delivered in the status

My courier receipt no is D47607466 have couriered on 14th jan with a confirmation from them that it will reach Bangalore by 19th, but it was not done, there was important items in it, they even failed to do RTO, i have yet not received my parcel.
