DTDC Courier & Cargo — Package not received | |||||
Hi, This is with regard to the courier number Z79990149 with DTDC. This courier was sent from Noida to Bangalore on 13 Feb 2016. According to the website it said out for delivery on 15Feb 2016. Even to this day we haven't received the packet. I got a call from customer care number on 23 Feb 2016 asking if my courier was delivered as the status still showed out for delivery. The person who called said he will enquire and call me back but to this day I haven't received any call. No one answers their phone calls or emails.
