DTDC Courier & Cargo — package undelivered (receiver not available)

I have sent a package from phagwara punjab to imphal. The tracking status shows that the product is undelivered (Receiver not available) i haven't received any call from the courier guy. My consignment number is z23933778. It said out for delivery but no one called or say anything. I called up the phagwara dtdc and i have asked where is my package they said it's in lamlong bazar, imphal east courier service. And they gave me some contact numbers but they were not working! Item reached Aizawl Hub on 6th Dec 2019, not delivered till 11th December 2019. went to the office the other day, workers said the item was out for delivery which was never delivered that day. Went to the office myself and got the package. Such a bad service here in Aizawl Office.

I contacted the local DTDC agent (mob: [protected]) and he says it was returned. The address was correct. Nobody came to my residence nor called me.
I request you to take immediate action to send it to me.
