I have booked DTDC service on 20th march 2020 but till date ordered is not delivered to the Receipient And same was also not updated to Online tracking. When I complaint under docket number 2121859 they created a duplicate tracking ID illustrating courier gets delivered. But the snip provided by DTDC is fake. And I have all the proof
1). I booked courier with Tracking Id- Z32649772 on 20/03/2020 but on DTDC website it's showing 02/07/2020 which is wrong. 2). Consignee Name is Sunny Kumar. 3). Delivery address is in Delhi Not in Indore.
4). Receipient Name is Mangla Enterprises Not Manoj. I have all the screenshot and even mail from DTDC stating courier is not booked by Delhi Jasola then how come after raising complaint duplicate I'd is created. I think DTDC courier company started doing fraud with customer product by creating duplicate Tracking ID. I am attaching all the proof of courier. Below are the DTDC no. on which I raised complaint. DTDC courier Office from Where I booked courier[protected] Delhi Branch Office- [protected] Courier Address- DTDC Jasola Vihar Village New Delhi.
