DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel is not being delivered

Its been 3 days my parcel is in my city but no one delivers it neither picks up call . i am highly disappointed. it is the gift . But They are so irresponsible. Many times they Make returns to the sender without even calling for once . Non trusted company. they assure best service but do actually worse . many times they even misplace Parcels and nobody listens .
