DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel neither delivered nor returned to me

My parcel has been neither delivered nor returned to me. Dtdc staf omkar behaviour is not good. Parcel consignment number is: p42476348
It's contained 4 rakhi and one cholate. This very bad experience with dtdc people. They are not taking anything serious on customers product. My email id is rajendra. [protected]@gmail.com
