DTDC Courier & Cargo — parcel not delivered and not return with us

1) agreement booked through DTDC Courier Kothrud Pune to Khed Ratnagiri dated 14/01/2020.
2) That parcel not dispatched to party it was return to pune.
DTDC franchisee not a single call to parcel receiver.
3) As per DTDC Pune office instruction that parcel resend to Khed location for delivery dated 21/01/2020.
4) Same DTDC franchisee not a single call to parcel receiver, & parcel yet not deliver.
5) above parcel return to pune office, till dated 05/02/2020, but DTDC franchisee not a single call to parcel sender.

It was very poor service & waste of time & money.
